This is a wonderful newer(olde west end house) Tenant has been there for several years and on lucas housing paying $1200 per month- (from Lucas Housing ) should be able to be raised higher.- in a yr or so. # nice sized bedrooms and full bath up stairs and main lever has- LR and DR/Kitchen area with a 1/2 bath off kitchen . Tenants like their house and would prefer to stay. Will allow inside viewing when a productive offer is made. Please do not bother tenants. House is on a street with similar houses and new sidewalks and street - recently finished.
